Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to allocate your time slot to another customer.
Late Cancellations or No-Shows
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to appear for your appointment may result in a cancellation fee or require a deposit before future bookings.
Weather or Safety Issues
If extreme weather or unsafe conditions prevent service (especially for mobile detailing), we may need to reschedule. We’ll notify you as soon as possible and arrange a new time that suits you.
Rescheduling
We’re happy to reschedule your appointment when possible. Please contact us early to ensure your preferred time slot remains available.
